Job Summary:
The CVS Health Workforce Initiatives (WI) team drives workforce development by building strategic partnerships and creating pathways to employment that reflect the communities we serve. The Manager, National Partnerships & Compliance is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing national partnership programs that elevate participant outcomes across the organization.
This role strategically connects national partnerships with internal workforce leaders, driving cross-functional alignment, consistent execution, and measurable impact. In addition to national partnership leadership, the Manager serves as the department’s compliance liaison—monitoring regulatory requirements across states and ensuring the team remains informed and aligned with evolving standards. The role also supports the execution of legal agreements with external partners, working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and partnership goals. Ideal candidates bring a blend of relationship management, operational excellence, and policy awareness to foster scalable, high-quality experiences nationwide.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
