About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That’s why we’ve spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that’s striving to become the planet’s go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world’s number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that’s what got us here.)

About the role

Hybrid – Shenzhen (2 days/week in office)

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Skyscanner’s non-Flights verticals — Car Hire, Accommodations, and Packages — some of our fastest-growing areas. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leaders, helping shape strategic decisions that affect millions of travellers worldwide.

If you love turning complex data into simple truths, building teams that see patterns others miss, and helping products grow smarter, faster, and fairer — you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving product insights: Define and evolve success metrics to guide product development and performance.

  • Uncovering opportunities: Dive deep into user behaviour to identify and quantify growth opportunities — even the ones not yet on the roadmap.

  • Experimentation at scale: Partner on A/B test design and analysis, ensuring robust, well-communicated results that drive product learning.

  • Strategic partnership: Act as analytics lead for Product and Engineering teams, shaping data-led strategies and influencing key product bets.

  • Scaling reporting: Develop scalable reporting frameworks to highlight key trends and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Championing enablement: Work with central analytics teams to align on definitions, tooling, and empower Product teams with self-serve data access.

  • Leading and mentoring: Set a high bar for analytical rigour and communication while developing your team’s craft and impact.

About you

  • Analytically sharp: You’ve got 4–5+ years’ experience in analytics within digital, tech, or e-commerce environments.

  • Product-minded: You’ve influenced product strategy and decision-making through impactful insights.

  • Technically fluent: Strong in SQL and/or Python, with experience analysing large datasets efficiently.

  • Visual storyteller: Skilled at transforming complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives — using tools like Tableau or similar.

  • Statistically sound: Confident with A/B testing, regression modelling, and experimental design.

  • Collaborative and influential: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, translating analysis into action.

  • People developer: Experienced in mentoring or coaching others to reach their analytical best.
