We’re currently looking for:  A Senior Renewals Specialist,  at RingCentral, we believe that our success is directly tied to the value our customers derive from our product. While customers realize value at different stages in their journey with RingCentral, the renewal serves as an extraordinarily meaningful breakthrough moment to celebrate and reflect on the past while also planning for the future. To lead this initiative, we are searching for an outstanding Renewal Manager. You will partner with customers and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure that value is realized and that the customer is set up for continued success.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Drive, and lead the renewals process to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships

  • Acting as the voice of the customers by communicating issues and customer’s feedback to internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Engineering

  • Working with customers to define business outcomes and orchestrate a comprehensive success plan inclusive of customer objectives, milestones, risks and metrics 

  • Developing customer relationships and credibility by building trust and ensuring the customer’s needs are met

  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts to maintain and or grow recurring revenue

  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth

  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate

  • Set customers up for future success by curating use-case recommendations and educating customers on relevant new features and opportunities to grow with RingCentral

  • Conducting regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews to ensure customers get the most value out of their RingCentral investment

 

Desired Qualifications:

  •  1-2 years of Renewals, Sales, Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS organization

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness

  • Experience handling large volume and high pace environment

  • Strong customer relationships and serve in the role of RingCentral trusted partner

  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mentality

  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic teammate

  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships

  • Outstanding time and process management skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

  • Treats work like a craft, constantly honing and refining skills to adapt to an ever-changing landscape

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $45,500 and $65,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
