Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage large-scale information technology (IT) projects. Use derivative trade flows and system dependencies to lead Swap Data Regulatory projects. Lead enterprise software development of Swap Data Reporting Program (SDRE) platform. Use Oracle, NoSQL, and Impala to support development and migration of regulatory trade, margin, and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) reporting flows. Integrate Netezza into existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility with existing systems. Analyze requirements and create application’s technology roadmap. Review test plan for completeness and functionality. Lead and guide work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage using Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Plan, design, and create documentation for execution and multi-level testing. Review data analytics with Qlikview. Use Qliksense, nPrinting, VB scripting, and Windows Batch scripting to for data extraction, data visualization, and data reporting. Develop platform to support real time, T+ 1 reporting with applicable controls. Migrate regulatory reporting across regulations to platform. Lead technology implementation to support regulatory rules re-write for EU and UK regulations. Liaise daily with compliance, external legal counsel, senior business stakeholders, industry groups, and technology partners to ensure obligation to regulators are met and for data reporting accuracy. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field, and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Project Manager, Senior Technical Architect, or related position involving management of IT projects for the financial services industry. 6 years of experience must include: Derivative trade flows and system dependencies; Project management; Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies; Qlikview; Unix, Linux and Windows; Oracle; Netezza; Qliksense, nPrinting, VB scripting, Windows Batch scripting. 2 years of experience must include: NoSQL and Impala.
