Job Summary:
The Warehouse Entry Analyst is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations by collecting and analyzing data related to inventory, shipments, and storage. This role involves assisting in the implementation of warehouse procedures, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to senior analysts and supervisors. The Entry Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring inventory levels, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data into warehouse management system
• Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner
• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with warehouse team to ensure accurate data entry
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered

Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overages
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy
• Update inventory records as needed
• Identify and report any inventory issues or concerns

Quality Control:
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report any damaged or defective products
• Work with warehouse team to ensure all products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records of quality control checks
• Communicate any quality concerns to management

Reporting:
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels
• Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management
• Communicate report findings to relevant teams or stakeholders
• Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
