About the role:
FIS is looking for a Senior Fraud & Security Product Management lead to build out our digital capabilities and experiences. They will help create a stance on the best-in-class fraud defenses, how it can be applied across multiple entry points to the ecosystem, and drive change towards those goals. This person will need to understand modern threat vectors, existing and new tools that can be leveraged, and how to express that internally and to our many clients. This person will partner closely with engineering and design to ideate solutions and push them forward into production. About the team:

The Senior Product Manager for Fraud & Security will report directly to the Head of Product for Fraud, Security, and Growth. Our vision is to "Establish consolidated capabilities for Login, Fraud, and Growth for our digital and in-person platforms to deliver a simple and secure experience" The Senior Product Manager of Fraud & Security will be integral to realizing our vision by working across FIS, our partners, our hundreds of clients, and directly with our millions of end users. 

What you will be doing:

  • Ownership of the Fraud & Security strategy.
    • Owns the product roadmap for the Fraud & Security areas. Shares and presents these roadmaps across a broad set of stakeholders.
    • Sets policies for how the company approaches security and fraud.
    • Demonstrates leadership through the establishment and articulation of a clear vision and how that translates to objectives and key results.
  • Execute on the strategy.
    • Builds and drives the adoption of product requirement documents across the company. This includes identifying risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, and turning those into actionable work.
    • Acts as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients
    • Driving closer connection with partner teams and stakeholders to grow awareness of fraud in general and impact of fraud decision in specific
    • Manages product expectations and team direction in the annual planning process and the regular budgeting process.
    • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients.
    • Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery.
    • Collaborates with vendor support managers for oversight and maintenance of all secondary and support vendor relationships.
    • Interacts with key suppliers and partners.
    • Coordinates and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement and monitoring progress. Determines success criteria and recommends “go / no go” decision.
  • Be a thought leader.
    • Collaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs (request for proposal).
    • Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences.
    • Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience and/or within the banking industry or large institutions
  • Subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management
  • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
  • Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
