Analog Devices is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to administer the processes, best practices, legal compliance and software systems for national and international contingent, project-based staffing.  This role will be reporting to Contingent Worker Program Supervisor.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Global Contingent Workforce programs day-to-day management and compliance, data management, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and the service providers
  • Provides guidance to managers globally in onboarding Contingent Workers
  • Work with HR & IT to ensure that access to secure environments, systems and buildings are closely monitored to prevent security/IP threats.
  • Contract management
  • Audit contingent staff information in Workday to ensure Legal and Audit compliance
  • Recommend process improvements which contribute to efficient data collection and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Procurement, managed service or compliance experience is a plus
  • Some experience and or familiar with DocuSign
  • Some HRIS experience including creating reports
  • Knowledge of Workday and Conga system is a plus
  • Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
