We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Manager to lead the development of one or more subsystems within the IoMT Eco - system platform in Connect Plus product This role provides strategic and technical leadership to distributed software engineering teams, driving delivery of high‑quality, scalable platform solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory expectations. The Senior Software Manager works independently and collaboratively across global teams while clearly communicating complex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus & Business Impact

  • Partner with product management and stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable, high‑quality software solutions.

  • Ensure delivered platforms meet customer, regulatory, reliability, and performance expectations.

Execution Excellence & Accountability

  • Lead and manage geographically distributed software development teams delivering critical platform capabilities.

  • Own delivery commitments, monitor execution against plans, and take decisive corrective actions to achieve outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and engineering governance.

Technical & Domain Leadership

  • Provide technical direction and contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and complex problem‑solving.

  • Ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Collaborate closely with QA and Support teams to ensure product stability and operational excellence.

Lean Mindset & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices.

  • Improve team efficiency and quality by simplifying processes and eliminating waste.

  • Encourage innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

People Leadership & Inclusion

  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members .

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑trust team environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and career development support to build strong technical leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in software engineering leadership/management roles.

  • Prior experience in C++, object‑oriented design, design patterns, and network programming.

  • Proven track record delivering complex platforms using Agile development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Git CI, Coverity, and Grafana.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Experience in the MedTech or healthcare domain is a strong plus.
