Position Overview

The Director, Workforce Innovation GTM & Adoption is responsible for bringing Workforce Innovation (WI) programs and products to market (e.g. how they're "sold"). This role will focus on driving employee adoption and engagement through strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The individual will lead the positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and enablement of key WI offerings, with the goal of driving "market” impact and adoption.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning and Messaging:

    • Develop compelling positioning and messaging for WI programs and products, clearly articulating their value and benefits to employees.

    • In partnership with the Communications team, create messaging frameworks that ensure consistent and effective communication across various channels.

    • Ensure messaging is tailored to different employee segments to maximize relevance and impact.

  • GTM Strategy and Planning:

    • Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for WI programs and products, aligning with overall HR and business objectives.

    • Develop campaign plans to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.

    • Plan the launch of key WI initiatives, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.

  • Enablement:

    • Develop and deliver enablement programs and resources to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize WI programs and products.

    • Create engaging content (e.g., presentations, guides, videos) to support enablement efforts.

    • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistent and effective enablement across the organization.

  • Impact and Adoption:

    • Drive employee adoption of WI programs and products.

    • Monitor and measure the "market impact" of GTM initiatives, assessing their effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.

    • Analyze employee feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in GTM strategies and adoption campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials.

  • Demonstrated experience in bringing products to market.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing/campaign plans.

  • Strong skills in creating effective messaging frameworks and enablement materials.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of employee needs and the ability to tailor GTM strategies to maximize engagement.

  • Experience with AI-powered talent systems, including recommendation engines, skills inference, and conversational interfaces.

  • Familiarity with human + AI collaboration, responsible AI frameworks, and principles of ethical tech deployment in the workplace.

  • Ability to partner with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into workforce-relevant, trust-enhancing applications.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
