Position Summary
TPA & Payer Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations – Technical Health to lead a technical health program focused on improving the stability, security, resiliency, and end-user experience of critical technology platforms. This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving continuous improvement through proactive technical health assessments, remediation planning, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
This role will lead efforts across operating system upgrades, database upgrades, software upgrades, security vulnerability remediation, and application/platform health monitoring. The person in this role will partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, database, security, and business teams to reduce operational risk, improve platform currency, and strengthen the reliability of systems that support TPA & Payer Solutions.
Success in this role requires strong operational judgment, the ability to influence across technical and business teams without direct authority, and a clear commitment to keeping the end-user experience front and center. This leader should also model CVS Health Values by demonstrating accountability, caring, purposeful innovation, and a strong focus on safety and quality in how work gets done.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
