As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Conrad Rural Health Clinic and support its mission of providing accessible, high quality care to the community. You will work closely with leadership on strategic planning, program development, and continuous quality improvement. You will also supervise clinic staff, coordinate workflow, and help ensure outstanding service from the first patient contact to the close of each visit.
Your role is essential in creating an efficient, organized, and positive environment for patients, staff, and providers. You will help guide the clinic toward its operational goals while maintaining a culture rooted in compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
