Role:

Linqia is looking for a motivated and hardworking part-time Customer Operations Intern. In this role, you will support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, paid media initiatives, and various campaign and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in campaign execution by uploading content to presentations and contributing to end-of-program summary decks, ensuring polished and professional deliverables.
  • Identify and evaluate potential influencers who align with brand goals and target audience.
  • Retrieve and classify comments, organizing them into relevant categories for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor content across social media platforms for specific key terms, language, and adherence to community guidelines.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming messages through our help center, ensuring timely and accurate communication while providing excellent support.
  • Support Linqia’s paid media team by creating paid ad units and uploading them to external tools and systems as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of their tools and functionalities
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a bonus
