JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and expand our Structural Heart portfolio across Denmark.
This is a field‑based position, focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting interventional cardiology teams with TAVI and Structural Intervention procedures.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve sales targets and take full accountability for commercial results

  • Set ambitious, realistic yearly targets and provide accurate forecasts

  • Protect price and market share using proactive, solution‑oriented strategies

  • Deliver in‑field technical support during implants and follow‑up procedures

  • Prepare high‑quality, competitive tender submissions

  • Support congresses, workshops and local promotional events

  • Develop and execute referral strategies to support therapy adoption and growth

  • Manage consignment and stock across assigned accounts

  • Record procedure activity and competitive intelligence in SFDC

  • Build strategic account development plans and business recommendations

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and coordinate local KOL engagement

  • Help identify and develop future KOLs within the region

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commercial experience at Sales Representative level, preferably in medtech

  • Clinical or commercial cardiology background is highly valuable

  • Degree in a scientific or business field

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Demonstrated success in selling and building long‑term customer relationships

  • Team player with strong facilitation abilities

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and drive independent projects

  • Experience coordinating activities with clinical centers and KOLs
