A day in the Life will see you

• Develop insights and trend analysis to identify actionable insights driving cost savings, operational improvements or risk reduction
• Craft, develop and implement value-enhancing contractor KPIs
• Ensure regulatory / statutory compliance activities are maintained across the portfolio
• Field, triage and resolve complex / long-standing building and equipment issues

You demonstrate sound knowledge of design and operation, lifecycle, and total cost of ownership, preparing and managing OPEX and CAPEX spend to budget

What’s in your toolkit

• Demonstrated experience in delivering contract and / or facilities management across a multi-site network, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality
• Solid ability to drive and effect change through clear communication, fact-based insights, and stakeholder management skills
• Significant experience managing and prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical capabilities, data-literate with the ability to interpret and translate ambiguous data / info into clear and logical reports which guide business direction
• A demonstrated understanding of facilities within fuel, food or convenience sector.
