Role Purpose

The Strategic Marketing Manager will lead the commercial and strategic marketing efforts for Established Products across LATAM, working closely with regional and global cross‑functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, HCC, Legal, BT, COEs, etc.).
This role acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring local market needs are represented in global forums, integrated into global strategies, and translated into strong, consistent execution across markets.
It is a high‑visibility role with significant autonomy and strategic influence, driving key projects that strengthen operational excellence, portfolio performance and lifecycle management across the Immunology and Hematology portfolios.

Locations: Bogotá, São Paulo, or Mexico City (No relocation support)
Travel: ~15% (Domestic & International)
Portfolio: Immunology & Hematology (Established Products: Simponi, Stelara)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional portfolio strategy, including LRFP Briefing Books, forecasting support, and Brand Plans under a unified “ONE VOICE” approach.

• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional regional teams and actively represent LATAM in global forums.

• Manage monthly updates of the Global Launch Dashboard and Regional Dashboard, monitoring KPIs and facilitating bi‑monthly performance discussions with CVTs.

• Develop and update strategic content, including message platforms, value excellence materials, and competitive landscape analysis.

• Ensure effective planning, budgeting, and execution of regional deliverables, maintaining high quality and alignment with strategic timelines.

• Analyze market insights and industry trends to inform regional strategies and drive strong decision‑making.

• Lead omnichannel and lifecycle management initiatives to maximize brand impact and portfolio performance.

Role Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • Preferred: Marketing or Management.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and local execution.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders (preferred).

  • Knowledge of Immunology and/or Hematology therapeutic areas (preferred).

  • Experience in strategic consulting (a plus).
