The Role and Impact:
As a Supply Chain Project/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic supply chain initiatives that enable Intel's success in delivering world-class semiconductor solutions. You will manage and execute specialized programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical teams, business units, and external partners. You will drive innovation within Intel's supply chain ecosystem to meet the evolving technical demands of our industry while delivering measurable project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute specialized supply chain programs to achieve established goals.
  • Understand technical and business requirements of Intel's partners and align supply chain initiatives accordingly.
  • Review and update project schedules, ensuring clarity and alignment across all impacted stakeholders.
  • Assess project dependencies, identify tasks, manage costs, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Deploy multiple methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to manage program constructs.
  • Track and maintain program health through key indicators, focusing on quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct project close-out assessments and document actionable recommendations based on project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement data analysis models, techniques, and reporting structures to enhance decision-making and process improvements.
  • Communicate issues succinctly, outlining impacts to scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Develop and support change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions across stakeholders.
  • Lead decision-making processes using the RAD model to align program objectives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project/program planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and implement quality management processes.
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder management and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and 12+ years of experience; Master's degree and 8+ years of experience; or PhD and 6+ years of experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $213,650.00-301,620.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
