Review system documentation and architecture artifacts to support identification of relevant IT risks and required controls.

IT SOX Execution & Monitoring
  • Perform assigned IT SOX activities, including walkthroughs, control design reviews, operating effectiveness testing support, and audit preparation. Review control execution evidence to assess completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IT SOX requirements. Support monitoring of the ongoing operating effectiveness of ITGCs and IT dependencies, including automated controls, interfaces, jobs, and key reports. Identify potential control issues, gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate findings to Manager leadership.

Audit Support
  • Support coordination and execution of IT walkthroughs for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and current. Assist with responses to audit requests (e.g., PBCs, walkthroughs, meetings), ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely. Control Deficiency Identification & Remediation Support Assist in identifying potential IT control deficiencies through review of control evidence, walkthroughs, and audit interactions. Support fact gathering and documentation for potential findings. Assist control owners with documentation of root cause analyses and remediation actions, under Manager guidance. Track remediation actions and provide status updates as requested. Documentation & Tools
