The primary responsibility of this position is to work with operational leaders and Finance on headcount forecast projects for NA and India while ensuring the business is following current plan. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures by trend forecasting and monitoring variances. This position also acts as a liaison to assist our partnership between NA and India to transition work and assists finance with presenting potential savings.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Track Empower India headcount; track actual headcount vs. budgeted headcount.
• Drive special projects as needed; serve as a project manager as necessary to manage smaller projects where a PMO Project Manager is not assigned.
• Experience in developing and delivering reports/presentations to executive and senior management outlining gaps, benefits, status, issues, and recommendations.
• Intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic and commitment to a superior work product
• Min. 3 yrs work experience in retirement administration, project management, process management, and/or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many in-flight deliverables at once on tight deadlines.
• Should have good oral and written communication skills as the role demands extensive partner communication via calls and emails
