Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to implement modern frameworks and agile practices. You will focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions, ensuring that the software aligns with the requirements of the organization and its clients. Your role will also include troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to improve performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Work extensively with Amazon S3 for data storage, validation, and file handling Develop and maintain AWS Lambda serverless workflows
- Implement and manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls. Understand and manage data flow across AWS services to ensure secure and efficient integration.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Perform UI and API testing to ensure application quality
-Track, manage, and report defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience working in cloud-native and serverless environments. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented Agile setup

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
