Role Summary
Lead the Prevenar Adult portfolio in the Philippines with a primary focus on retail activation and strategic partnerships. Drive brand growth through pharmacy engagement, omnichannel campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with global and regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Develop localized brand plans and ensure alignment with global and regional directions
Retail Activation: Implement programs with major pharmacy chains, MDC, Watsons, etc and immunizing pharmacists to boost vaccination uptake.
Partnerships: Build alliances with retail networks and healthcare stakeholders to expand access.
Specialty Expansion: Beyond pulmo and IDS, ie. nephro, cardio, endo, etc
Execution: Manage forecasting, pricing, and supply planning; monitor retail KPIs.
Omnichannel Engagement: Drive consumer awareness via digital campaigns and in-store activation.
Collaboration: Work with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliance and impact.
Financial accountability: Strong P&L management and meet revenue target and IBT achievement
Qualifications
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Experience in vaccines or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage partnerships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
