About the Role

Responsible for handling End to End Major claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision.

  • Monitoring performance reimburse process internal by create solution to minimize repetitive error or any delayed process.
  • Analysis whole documents to make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claim.
  • Minimize complaint and increase customer satisfaction
  • Verify and analyze whole document claim (including claims that have been process by TPA) before refer claim to Investigator and make sure indication for claim investigation is needed.
  • Cooperate with other department needed such as : Underwriting Dept related cases with PEC / NDC, Legal Depart, POS, etc that’s found at internal claim process.
  • Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process.
  • Maintain and ensure SLA process achieved.
  • Cooperate with Corporate Solution team related claim EB Major.
  • Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process
  • Creating Correspondence Letter such as Return, Reminder, Patient Letter and Decline letter by manual to PIC Client/ Corporate Solution.
  • Create/Provide Report Claim EB Major.
