Position: UX Designer (SaaS Products)

Experience Required : 4 to 5 Years of relevant UX / Product Design experience

Location: Nashik/Pune, India
 

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to help design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for our SaaS product. You will play a key role in the product discovery phase, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape problem statements, explore solution options, and validate concepts early. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team, contributing to design decisions across regions and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and contribute to the discovery phase through user research, problem framing, ideation, and concept validation.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers during early-stage exploration to define MVP scope and UX direction.
  • Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with global design and product teams across time zones to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Create and maintain design systems, components, and UX standards.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across products.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in UX / Product Design, preferably in SaaS products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, including discovery and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin or similar design/prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, User Journey, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience working with distributed / global teams.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design.
  • Experience contributing to or managing design systems.
