The Opportunity

This position works out of our Santa Clara, CA location in the SH division.

Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist.

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

As the Project Manager Analyst Advertising and Marketing, you'll have the chance to help develop and implement projects and programs for the US Commercial field team and assist with broad US Commercial meetings such as NSM, POAs, business unit meetings as needed by the DVPs of USCO.  This person will also assist with Marketing Franchises on promotional programs and materials, pending bandwidth with guidance for the Head of US Marketing.
 

What You’ll Work On

  • Responsible to manage process and timelines of programs for USCO and remain on budget. 
  • This position will be responsible for creating a master calendar for the USCO team to ensure least amount of overlap with franchises; each franchise should be represented according to the Head of US Marketing and DVPs of USCO. 
  • Responsible to help with NSM, P Club, key POAs, large franchise programs such as Summits and programs with up to 750 attendees and multiple agendas. 
  • Assist with franchise Marketing teams with projects as needed, could include marketing promotional items or programs.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a master calendar for USCO to manage workload especially during peak workload times. 
  • Assist with paperwork including GPS forms, OEC approval on regional conferences. 
  • Special projects as designated by the DVPs or Head of US Marketing.
  • Ability to report out and communicate as needed to DVPs of USCO, Head of US Marketing and AVPs on current programs / projects as needed.
  • Ability to work with USCO Administrative Assistants and serve as back up to submit SOWs, POs, HCP payments as needed and deemed crucial with Head of US Marketing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Prior experience in managing complex schedules and prioritizing and balancing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability from prior work environments and must be a self-starter. 
  • Demonstrated general business acumen from prior work environments. 
  • Prior budget management experience. 
  • Experience in basic software to track projects and initiatives in a cohesive way.

The base pay for this position is

$79,500.00 – $138,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
