Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. You will create the technology account plan and ensure the right people are involved to maximize opportunities and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify and pursue opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling technology services. - Develop and execute technology account plans to achieve business objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of technology projects. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide strategic recommendations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Experience in managing and resolving technology incidents. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT service management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
