JOB SUMMARY:
This position grows Virtus Investment Partners DCIO business by developing relationships with financial advisors who specialize in servicing defined contribution plans. This position will work to build and maximize Virtus’ market share by providing industry insights, effective practice management, and a deep understanding of investments. The candidate should possess a growth and entrepreneurial mindset to maximize the opportunity related to Virtus strategies in both mutual funds, CITS and SMAs. The position is based in the Midwest with coverage for Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana & Kentucky.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Base Salary: $115,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
