The Revenue Manager is responsible for managing home, submarket, and market pricing to achieve an optimal balance between occupancy and rent, ultimately driving revenue maximization within a designated region. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders such as the Regional Vice Presidents (RVP), District Managers, and Leasing Managers to develop and execute effective pricing strategies. Responsible for utilizing advanced business intelligence platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions on factors impacting revenue and profitability. Manages critical aspects such as renewal rates, lease expirations, lease terms, and strategic capital expenditures to enhance asset level performance including renewal rates, lease expirations, lease terms, and revenue enhancing capital expenditures. Actively participates in the comprehensive development of the pricing and revenue management platform which involves constructing and refining a proprietary dynamic pricing system tailored to the company's needs and market conditions.

Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $80,155.00 to $100,182.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.Additional Compensation
