What you'll do:

As a Loan Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for paid-in-full loan processing. The review of monetary transactions related to the payoff of loans, ensuring proper application, the preparation and processing of all final loan documentation, including lien releases, deed of trust satisfaction and other collateral releases that secure the loan, ensuring all required collateral is included in the loan file and verifying for quality, completeness, accuracy and is prepared for release. Responding promptly and professionally to assigned tasks and/or requests. Participates in and oversees special projects as assigned by management.

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Knowledge of one or more loan types.
• Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
