As a Manager Physician Practice, you will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, and motivating members of the clinical and clerical office team to ensure a positive experience for the patient. Availability Requirements:
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• 8-5 Monday – Friday

Essential Job Functions
• Manages, coaches and leads a team of employees
• Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team
goals and deadlines to team members
• Motivates team members and assesses performance. Identifies areas for
new training and skills checks
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and
continuing expectations
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics to provide assistance to
management and keeps them updated on team performance
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team
performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with patients,
answering patient inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• Ability to demonstrate the behavior desired from the rest of the healthcare
team
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and resolve challenges
quickly
• Ability to critically think and delegate effectively
• Ability to conduct business in a professional manner with exemplary
customer service skills
• Ability to be empathetic with patients and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred qualifications
• Previous experience in a general office capacity
• Previous Experience in a clinic setting
• Business Management degree or relevant industry field
• Knowledge of billing and coding procedures
Environmental Conditions
Well-heated and ventilated building. Normal office environment. Fast paced, professional environment.
Physical Requirements
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordinator and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Must be able to transact business in person or on the telephone.
