The Performance Analytics Engineer is responsible for maximizing the output, efficiency, and reliability of multiple manufacturing plants within the East Asia Pacific (EAP) region, specifically focusing on the plants of electronic business scope.



She/He is in charge of constructing optimization tools to analyze the production data, build the strategy and action plan, enhance the efficiency in production, operation and energy consumption to meet customers demand.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Monitor and Optimize Assets: Responsible for continuous asset monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization across reliability, SPC( Statistical Process Control ), quality, and plant efficiency for the assigned scope.
  • Proactive Deviation Closure: Proactively identify performance gaps and drive the swift resolution of deviations in collaboration with site teams and ID (Industrial Direction) experts.
  • Manage Efficiency Projects: Lead the identification, stakeholder alignment (during budgeting), and year-long on-target delivery of yearly efficiency improvement projects.
  • Standardize Monitoring Plans: Proactively update the EL plant monitoring plan and develop standard monitoring/troubleshooting plans (e.g., reliability alerts, SPC) to ensure an Optimal Running Mode.
  • Conduct Improvement Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to identify new efficiency opportunities, quantify associated future savings, and pinpoint reliability/quality threats.
  • Execute Improvement Projects: Identify and execute (leading or supporting) improvement projects focused on enhancing asset performance, stability, and reliability in partnership with site teams and ID experts.
  • Deploy and Manage Data Tools: Proactively deploy and manage data-driven optimization tools (e.g., Predict, SPC) and software, monitoring alerts and escalating/closing deviations promptly.
  • Maintain Analytical Models: Monitor assigned assets using software, resolve technical problems within the models, identify data anomalies, and maintain the models as needed.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Bachelor and above in Chemical engineering, chemistry and related.

2. 1-3 years experience in data analysis, efficiency improving project in chemical / gas industry

3. Be able to communicating in English and skilled in coding(python, R, SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
