Job Description Summary

The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving the successful adoption of Workday Case Management within People Operations and leading the change strategy for implementing Workday into newly integrated OFS business.
The role ensures people, processes and technology changes are understood, embraced and sustained across all impacted areas enabling a smooth implementation and adoption of the new technologies.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategy for Workday and Workday Case in partnership with the Global change team and external implementation partners.

  • Build stakeholder maps, change impact assessments and persona analysis

  • Determine readiness plans

  • Partner with program and project managers to align change milestones to the overall project plan

  • Develop change calendar ensure training and communications delivered on time and materials are targeted

  • Lead regular engagement forums and represent change management workstream within steering committee

  • Act as the primary advocate for HR Services and employee experience during design and deployment

  • Build comprehensive communications tailored to key stakeholders – leverage technology and best practices to create user friendly and targeted communication

  • Create, manage and deliver the training plan for HR services team ensuring materials created are persona led

  • Partner with testing lead to ensure testing plan aligns to overall change program

  • Develop and execute service simulation to support with on-the-job training and deployment readiness

  • Implement measurements to determine readiness and post go live monitoring

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading change

  • Experience within People Operations across multiple process & product areas

  • Understanding of current HR Tools & processes

  • Able to translate complex system changes into simple, employee-friendly guidance

  • Prior experience working in a change led environment
