Our Group – S&OP planning: 

S&OP planner, which is responsible for a specific product, build a detailed optimal operative plan (manufacturing, supply chain and engineering aspects), considering multiple constraints, in order to meet business demands. He/she is responsible to deliver tools that worth millions of $ to our customers with 100% OTD (on-time-delivery).

The planners make their plans happen – they actively pursue short term solutions for operative constrains and build the long-term capacity & responsiveness mechanisms to support their future plans.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, plan and control an integrative end-to-end operational plan to meet business needs while meeting Operations excellence targets.
  • Ensure tools are shipped in the required configuration, by accurate forecast and management of customers NSRs (nonstandard requests).
  • Work and lead in a cross functional environment with multiple interfaces (local and global; business, R&D, supply chain & manufacturing).
  • Integrate all executional activities (manufacturing, material, R&D) while optimizing teams’ resources.
  • Support NPI processes from R&D to production
  • Lead projects and build BI infrastructures in order to improve working processes
  • Improve line performance, while solving cost issues and meeting inventory targets
  • Optimize product line clean room space
  • Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems.

What you should have?

  • BSc in industrial & management engineering or equivalent - Must
  • 2-4 years years of experience in planning / operational roles - Advantage
  • Excellent English – speaking, reading and writing - must
  • Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinking.
  • Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently.
  • Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums.
  • Ability to manage long term tasks in addition to the daily execution.
  • Advantage for strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Advantage for experience in project management
