KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across multiple enterprise projects.
· Monitor and report on budget, resource allocation, and project financial performance.
· Partner with Project Managers (PMs) to validate monthly financial updates, ensuring alignment with forecasts and actuals.
· Identify and escalate reporting deviations or gaps before financial cycle closure.
· Ensure accurate completion of timelines, milestones, phase gates, and project status updates.
· Conduct monthly hygiene and health checks on portfolio records (risks, RAG status, deliverables).
· Collaborate with PMs and Scrum Masters to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
· Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership communication.
· Support demand intake, PO creation, WBS and time code setup for new initiatives.
· Track lessons learned and recurring issues to recommend process improvements.
· Participate in project meetings, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews.
Education and Required Experience:
· MBA or Master’s in Project Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
· Understanding of project life cycles (Predictive / Iterative / Agile).
· Knowledge of Project Resource, Cost, and Time Management principles.
· Basic skills in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
· Familiarity with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence).
· Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preffered Skills/Competencies:
· Knowledge of Agile standards (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
· Experience in financial tracking, resource planning, or portfolio governance.
· Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and global stakeholders.
· Eagerness to learn emerging technologies in Cloud, Automation, and Analytics.
· Continuous learning mindset and adaptability in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
