Summary of Job:

Join our team as a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator at Lee Company and play a pivotal role in driving our growth of our commercial and residential business across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia. In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role involves creating and managing recruitment marketing campaigns, working with our community engagement specialist to enhance our employer brand, and attracting experienced talent to apply for positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and/or recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion to help people thrive.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, with hands-on experience in B2B Marketing (preferably in Construction or Facility Management)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in CRM, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to move projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in WordPress and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage time effectively, organize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead others in the direction they need to go to accomplish key goals
