Ensure meeting production and quality requirements. Execute direction to change, sustain or cancel projects as required to meet area/Fab objectives. Communicate with the Equipment. Lead daily about priorities, issues and time management. Monitor required programs and verify workstation notes and data are logged (i.e. MPD, SPC, ETI, FDC, ECN’s). Plan for required capacity and product mix adjustments, ensure equipment is capable of running and remove as much variance as possible. Develop, implement and update reaction mechanism procedures with BKM’s. Review and document LTD issues to ensure root cause is found and follow-up is documented and communicated to the group and across sister sites. Follow up on and implement fixes for issues that cause scrap or product deviation.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or in an Equipment Engineer - Thin Films-related occupation.
