We are looking for a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Supply Chain Team. In this crucial role, you’ll be supporting, implementing, and optimizing business applications, with a strong focus on product global labeling solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in global labeling processes.

About The Role: Innovating and Supporting Business Applications Globally

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for global labeling applications, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver effective process improvements.

• Proactively develop and enhance business application processes to align with Nutreco’s evolving needs.

• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Develop and provide training and user support, fostering strong relationships with business partners and remote teams
   

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience working with business applications in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

• Affinity with IT and a strong understanding of business application management.

• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Soft skills: proactive, collaborative, adaptable, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• 75% remote work flexibility.

• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Location: Any European or American time zones.
