Job Description
McKesson Compile Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, customer success, marketing and subject matter experts to apply data and technology to business problems. We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly, and who can lead discovery, design, and delivery of strategic product initiatives across the company. Real world data is a cornerstone of our product suite, supporting nearly all of our current use cases and derivative data products. As we improve existing data products and expand into new areas, the RWD product manager will be a key individual in evaluating opportunities, designing solutions with RWD, and leading a team of world-class technologists to deliver in a differentiated way.
What you will do as a Product Manager:
● Lead a cross functional team of engineers and designers to deliver customer / user value through a product or product line
● Engage with other product teams and end users regularly
● Drive product vision, strategy and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
● Incorporate data in decision making
● Develop problem statements and user stories to engage and motivate the product team
● Prioritize product development work
● Evangelize your product and user experience across the organization
● Write core positioning and messaging for the product in collaboration with Marketing
● Launch new products and new innovations with the necessary materials, training, and tools to drive sales velocity
● Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver product training to your internal and external stakeholders
About You:

● You are passionate about understanding, researching, and following new technology trends in the industry and in general
● Passionate, dedicated to your craft, and committed to diving into the weeds on the most complex business and technical challenges of your target audience
● Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
● High problem-solving skills and understanding of data
Minimum Qualifications
● 5+ years product management experience in SaaS / DaaS environments
● Ability to define and document user experiences, business processes, and data & technical workflows
● Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
● Experience working with, engaging, and influencing multiple cross-functional teams and leaders
● Familiarity with healthcare technology, specialty pharmaceuticals, and medical reimbursement
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience developing and launching enterprise software products, preferably in a high growth environment
● Experience with data products, ETL / ELT, API’s, platform services, & system integrations
● Experience managing full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution ● Experience with RWD from claims, EHR, and other patient-level dataset
