Department: Operations

Location: Calgary Office (5 days a week)

Function Overview:

The DSR role is responsible for supporting all administrative requirements of FMC Calgary Operations. This blended administrative role supports both production and warehouse through end-to-end shipping and receiving and supply of all production material to the production units

Responsibilities:

                                                                                                           

  • Manage warehouse cycle counts/inventory reconciliation onsite and at 3rd party warehouses
  • Lead investigations to solve inventory variances.
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Perform daily administrative work for all shipping and receiving
  • Perform data entry for all warehouse virtual movements in a timely manner
  • Communicate with warehouse operators and the production unit to ensure efficient supply of production material.
  • Generate internal and external stock transfers
  • Manage courier pickups and deliveries.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming loads with warehouse operators
  • Promote a healthy and safe work environment by participating in site’s EHS initiatives.
  • Recognize at risk delivery dates and bring those forward to team leader/manager
  • Follow up on customer/sales inquiries such as delayed shipments, backorders, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Results driven, self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic professional environment
  • Experience in SAP
