Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of trade shows

• Independently creating and maintaining technical data sheets in collaboration with Sales, R&D, and QM

• Independently planning, creating, and maintaining sample folders and books, as well as monitoring inventory levels of sample materials in the sample warehouse

• Actively collaborating with and providing operational support to the Marketing/Sales team in the Healthcare division, such as creating PowerPoint presentations or marketing materials (value stories, graphics, videos, and photos)

• Collaborating with external service providers (sample warehouse, suppliers) and managing internal interfaces with functional departments (Sales, R&D, Customer Service, FPM Operations)

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student in Communication Studies or Business Administration with a focus on marketing

• Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage

• Initiative and a high degree of independence, a structured approach to work, and excellent time management skills

• Very good language skills in German and English
