We are looking for a Process PTM  in our team in the Thermal Management Systems in our RnD Center in Prague.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure risk assessment and compliance with safety and environmental rules

Project Involvement

• Actively participate in project meetings, risk analysis, and phase reviews

• Develop and manage process engineering plans, budgets, and team coordination

• Validate project progress with key stakeholders and experts

​

Process Development & Selection

• Support process benchmarking and “make or buy” decisions

• Define process requirements, flow charts, and manufacturability aspects

• Conduct P-FMEA, control plans, and patent documentation

Process Validation & Standardization

• Specify, procure, and validate prototype equipment

• Oversee process and product validation

• Develop and maintain process standards and documentation

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics

• Knowledge of Heat Exchangers

• Experience in industrial department - to define a process from specification to the start of production

• Min. 3 years experience in process engineering

• Willingness to travel 20-50% of the time
