职位描述：

•Test Case Development & Strategy Implementation - Design comprehensive test cases (functional, edge-case, and scenario-based) aligned with product requirements, and contribute to test strategy refinement.

•End-to-End Testing Execution – Lead and execute functional, SIT, regression, and performance testing and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Support testing of AI model outputs and IoT data pipelines to ensure data integrity and system responsiveness.

•Defect Management & Process Optimization - Track defects, analyze root causes, and suggest process improvements to reduce recurring issues.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality Assurance - Work with development, product, and design teams to resolve blockers, participate in requirement reviews, and advocate for testability enhancements.

•Quality Reporting & Project Delivery - Generate detailed test reports with metrics (pass/fail rates, defect trends), assess risk levels, and ensure testing aligns with project milestones for on-time releases

任职要求：

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

-3+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in enterprise SaaS, IoT, or AI-driven platforms.

-Experience in C# programming and related test framework is required.

-Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes (K8s), and RESTful APIs.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

-Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams.

-Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy optimization, or building automation is a plus.

-Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
