Window Nation is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive performance across an assigned set of markets. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for a data-driven marketer who enjoys turning insights into action and knows how to balance local market nuance with a strong national brand.

You’ll monitor results by channel and vendor, optimize what’s working locally, and partner cross-functionally across Analytics, Digital, Creative, Events, Sales, PR, and third-party vendors to deliver measurable growth in lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.

Pay Transparency: At Window Nation, compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and the requirements of the role. In addition to base pay, some positions are eligible for performance incentives. Final compensation will be based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
