Summary As a Business Analyst, you will analyze organizational processes and design integrated systems that align with business goals and technology. You will assess current operations, identify customer requirements, and define future-state solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting research, and synthesizing insights to propose effective business and technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy - Influence and advise cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders - Lead team-level decisions and contribute to strategic initiatives - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build consensus - Develop comprehensive documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs - Provide scalable solutions that address challenges across multiple teams - Define scope, create functional and technical specifications, and support change management efforts - Coordinate implementation and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs Professional & Technical Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: - Proven proficiency in Duck Creek Policy configuration and implementation - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business models and systems - Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and solutions clearly - Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities Additional Information - This position is based at our Mumbai office and may require occasional travel - A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy is required - Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education
