Salary up to £27,443.67per annum + van and fuel card
42.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
About the role
As a Customer liaison officer your role will involve direct interaction with tenants, ensuring they are well-informed about ongoing and upcoming works. You will be responsible for gathering tenant preferences and maintaining up-to-date information. Handling complaints and resolving issues promptly is a key part of the job. Additionally, you will work closely with the operational site team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, keeping tenants fully informed at all stages. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
Key Criteria:

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
