The Opportunity

As an early business operations & strategy hire, you will work directly with the COO to develop key business and product processes. You will have impact and responsibility from day one, working directly with the founders to define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and scale product lines based on client needs and strategic initiatives

  • Design, implement, and refine business processes across platform experience including sales, client onboarding, product, marketing, finance, and people management

  • Help organize and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and engagement to achieve organizational outcomes

  • Prepare Board and Investor Relations materials

  • Play a key role in how we function, helping us identify and solve key business issues

  • Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence the founders to adopt recommended strategies

  • Join our team working in NYC

About You

  • 2-5 years of experience, including investment banking experience (experience at a fintech company a plus)

  • Strong project management, analytical and collaborative skills

  • High level of organization and professionalism and comfort with data-driven practices

  • Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, positivity, and open mindedness

  • Excited by the prospect of life- and career-changing work in a startup environment

  • High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure

  • Interest in financial systems, markets, and banking
