Position Overview:
You will lead the development and execution of product strategies across the PG&A (Parts, Garments & Accessories) Seasonal portfolio, delivering new, improved, and differentiated parts, garments, and accessories that enhance the riding experience. In this role, you will shape end-to-end product strategy, including portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and roadmap development across both owned and partner-enabled offerings. You will work cross-functionally across the enterprise to translate market, consumer, and competitive insights into commercially viable product plans that drive revenue and improve attachment. You will also identify and scale growth opportunities through partnerships, licensing, and adjacent product ecosystems aligned with enterprise objectives. This role provides the opportunity to influence global product direction and drive measurable business impact across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product leadership across the Seasonal Accessories portfolio, contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
Lead product planning activities, including omni-channel strategy, new product introduction, pricing, competitive benchmarking, and product retail support materials.
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and enterprise objectives.
Define and evolve a portfolio of innovative and differentiated accessories that enhance the customer ownership and riding experience.
Contribute to portfolio financial performance, including revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and inventory productivity.
Build and align integrated product plans across the enterprise, leveraging OEM brands and resources.
Drive long-range product planning and ensure alignment through integrated planning processes, including product development and lifecycle workflows.
Analyze market data, competitive activity, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and inform product and roadmap decisions.
Identify and support growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, licensing, and external product ecosystems.
Collaborate with engineering, product development, and supplier partners to ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and product quality.
Assess opportunities to expand the PG&A portfolio into new segments through organic growth, partnerships, or acquisitions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, product development, or a related field.
Strong project management and analytical skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative market research tools and building business cases.
Ability to work with financial metrics and contribute to revenue, profitability, and portfolio performance analysis.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences, including leadership, dealers, and external stakeholders.
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and working across multiple levels of an organization.
Experience working with external partners, suppliers, or licensing models preferred.
Knowledge of powersports or similar product categories preferred.
Travel may be required, primarily within the United States and Canada.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $76,000 to $101,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
