Key Responsibilities
Provides end‑to‑end operational support across a broad range of mobility processes, including but not limited to:
End to end delivery of Destination Services (DS) support for inbound travelers to the Philippines
Supporting no‑immigration‑required nationals, including:
Preparation of Port of Entry letters
IRWP processing
Coordination of intermittent traveler cases
Processing allowances through DLW in accordance with established policies
Creating and maintaining cross‑border agreements
Executing batch processes for travel start dates, end dates, and case closures
Manages and monitors de‑registration activities using Daily Exit Reports to ensure accurate tracking and timely updates to Immigration Team
Supporting and monitoring the Stealth process in line with defined controls
Initiating and coordinating billing processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Must haves:
College Graduate - Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field of study
1-2 years of work experience
Reporting and Compliance-related work experience, BPO-setting
Knowledgeable in MS office skills especially in MS Excel
