Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to support the design and development of data center technology components. The role includes assisting in defining technical requirements and participating in testing activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of infrastructure solutions. This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to maintain optimal data center operations and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to meet service level agreements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery processes.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for database systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
