Purpose of the Role

Support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of real estate construction, renovation, or workplace transformation projects for JLL clients in Taiwan, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), and trackers.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams (design, engineering, cost management) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors).
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item logs.
  • Track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses in collaboration with cost managers; assist in forecasting and reporting.
  • Support site visits and inspections as needed, documenting progress and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety protocols, and JLL’s internal project management standards.
  • Maintain organized digital project files using JLL-approved platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, or similar).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project coordination (commercial sector preferred).
  • Familiarity with Taiwanese building codes and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or BIM tools) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and proactive communication style.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL) is advantageous.
  • Experience working with multinational clients or in professional services firms.
