Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.
- Oversee the development and testing of applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to track progress and address any challenges.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Document and maintain project documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to identify and address any issues or improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application development.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure architecture and components.
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
