JR65650 SIG Business Operation Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Primary SIG interface that works with product team and central/engineering planning team to understand various equipment/board demand and strategize loading to meet Micron's business requirement and handles all communications related to CMs' delivery commits.
• Work with FOM that handles all contract manufacturing (CM) operations during New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) to meet equipment/board delivery schedule.
• Works with field service team to support sites' post sale requirement (i.e., repair, upgrades, rework, spares)
• Handle various risks that impact CM production/delivery schedules and drive resolutions with product team to meet the aligned need dates.
• Supports SAP master data extension activity
• Drive DSFR (Demand Supply Forecast Response) together with FOM & SCE team
• Attend SEEK request and coordinate with internal partners, CMs & sites for on time deliverables.
• Identify and initiate systemic corrective actions to recurring root-causes that causes missed schedules.
• Make data-driven recommendations to partners/collaborators/leadership for strategic, operational, and funding decisions.
• Support various cross organization initiatives to continuously innovate and improve business processes.
• Work with internal software team to ensure all data driven important metric reports are accurate and meeting the business requirements (tableau report, SAP report)
• Crafting, updating & maintaining procedural & work instruction documentation
• Any ad-hoc task relevant to Ops team that will be assigned on as need basis.

Requirement :

• Degree Holder in any related field with 1-3years of working experience.
• ​ SAP knowledge background preferred.
• ​Experienced in order management and planning would be an added advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office specially Excel, Power point, Word and ability to write Macro would be an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in English & Malay and able to work with multiple collaborators within SIG and external.
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Attention to details and capable of doing analytic analysis. ​
• Have growth mindset and willing to support beyond specified job scope.
